Liz Truss resigned as prime minister

Ms. Liz Truss in her speech at front of 10 Downing Street office, accepted current fact that she could not deliver all promises she made when she was running for Conservative leader. Her economic programme sent market shockwave  and divided Conservative Party just in six weeks after she was appointed.

Consequently, as of Thursday, 20 October 2022, Ms. Liz Truss resigned as prime minister.
